Starter Tier Guide

The Starter tier is $20 per club per month and gives you everything you need to run your club's bookings — your members can book themselves, and staff can manage the schedule too. It comes with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required to start.

What's Included

✅ Member Self-Booking (members-only)

Members sign in and book their own tee times or courts. On Starter this is members-only — they sign in first — and there's no online payment step (collect any fees at the desk). Perfect for:

  • Racquet clubs where members book their own courts
  • Private and mens clubs running a members-only sheet
  • Any club that wants members booking without taking cards online

✅ Unlimited Locations

Add as many courses, courts, or pools as you run — locations are unlimited on every tier.

✅ Admin Booking (any activity)

Staff can build and manage the schedule directly:

  • Day and month views
  • Booking management
  • Real-time availability
  • Staff permissions

✅ Up to 75 Members

Track up to 75 members in your club directory. Includes:

  • Member profiles
  • Booking history (admin-recorded)

What's Not Included

❌ Online Payments

Online card payments (and the point-of-sale) require Pro tier or above. On Starter, members book without paying online — collect dues and any per-round or court fees at the desk.

❌ Public (Walk-In) Booking

Starter booking is members-only — members sign in to book. Pro adds public, walk-in booking with no sign-in (great for a public course or open courts).

❌ Unlimited Members

Starter is capped at 75 members. Pro and Enterprise are unlimited (guests never count toward the cap).

❌ Custom Branding

Pro adds the ability to upload your club's logo and customize the member-facing experience.

❌ Two-Factor Authentication

Pro and Enterprise both add 2FA for staff accounts.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes — upgrade to Pro or Enterprise at any time. Your data transfers seamlessly.

What happens if I exceed 75 members?

The system will prevent adding the 76th member and prompt you to upgrade to Pro (unlimited members).

Can I try Pro features before upgrading?

Yes — Pro has its own 30-day free trial.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained per our privacy policy. You can re-activate anytime by adding a card again.
