Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all paid plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required to start. You'll add a payment method when you're ready; if you don't, your subscription pauses at the end of the trial and your data stays put.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is for clubs that just need internal booking — staff build the day's schedule. Pro adds member-facing booking, card payments at checkout, and a per-club toggle for whether booking is public (great for a public course or open courts) or members-only (great for a private club).
Are there limits on facilities or members?
Facilities are unlimited on every plan — add as many courses, courts, pools, or studios as your club runs. The only cap is on members: Starter includes up to 75 members in your directory, while Pro and Enterprise are unlimited. Guests don't count toward the cap.
Do you offer custom pricing for large clubs?
Yes — Enterprise is built for multi-site, multi-activity operators that need retail inventory in the POS (apparel, food, services), custom integrations, or a tailored contract. Contact sales for a personalized quote.
What kind of support do you provide?
All plans include email support. Pro gets priority response times. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager with response-time guarantees.
