This guide will help you get started with ClubPapel quickly.

Step 1: Set Up Your Account

  1. Sign in to your ClubPapel account
  2. Complete your club profile with basic information
  3. Configure your course details (holes, tee times, etc.)

Step 2: Add Your Team

  1. Navigate to SettingsStaff & Permissions
  2. Invite team members via email
  3. Assign appropriate roles (Admin, Manager, Staff)

Step 3: Configure Your Tee Sheet

  1. Go to Tee SheetSettings
  2. Set your tee time intervals (e.g., 8-minute spacing)
  3. Define your booking windows and restrictions
  4. Set up any blocked times for maintenance or events

Step 4: Set Up Pricing

  1. Navigate to Pricing settings
  2. Configure your base rates for different player types
  3. (Optional) Enable dynamic pricing for optimal revenue

Step 5: Start Taking Bookings

Your system is now ready! Members can:

  • Book tee times online
  • Manage their reservations
  • Check in for their rounds
