Tee Time Booking
The ClubPapel tee time booking system provides a seamless experience for both staff and members.

Multi-Course Support
Section titled “Multi-Course Support”ClubPapel fully supports clubs with multiple courses:
Features
Section titled “Features”- Separate course columns in day view for easy comparison
- Course-specific configuration including operating hours, intervals, and pricing
- Course filtering to focus on individual courses or view all together
- Progressive disclosure - course filter only appears when you have multiple courses

View Modes
Section titled “View Modes”Day View
Section titled “Day View”Provides detailed, hour-by-hour visualization of tee times:
- View all courses side-by-side in separate columns
- See player names, payment status, and check-in status
- Quick access to booking actions
- Real-time updates as changes occur
Month View
Section titled “Month View”Offers a high-level overview for planning:
- Calendar view showing all days of the month
- Aggregated statistics per day (booked/total slots)
- Locked indicators for tee times not yet available for booking
- Mouse wheel navigation between months
- Click dates to drill down to details or create tee times
Batch Tee Time Creation
Section titled “Batch Tee Time Creation”Efficiently create tee times for multiple days at once:
Configuration Options
Section titled “Configuration Options”- Date Range: Select start and end dates for the batch
- Days of Week: Choose which days to include (e.g., weekends only)
- Course Selection: Specify which course (for multi-course clubs)
- Time Range: Set operating hours for tee times
- Interval: Choose spacing (6, 8, 10, or 12 minutes)
- Max Players: Default capacity per slot
Locked Mode
Section titled “Locked Mode”Batch-created tee times start in locked mode for review before making them bookable:
- Locked tee times are not bookable by members
- Appear with visual indicators (gray background, lock icon)
- Can be bulk unlocked or deleted using batch actions
- Useful for seasonal planning and testing configurations
Batch Actions
Section titled “Batch Actions”Manage groups of tee times together:
- Unlock All: Make entire batch bookable at once
- Delete All: Remove entire batch in one action
- Batch Info: See summary of tee times, date ranges, and courses included
- Batch actions bar appears when clicking any tee time in a batch
Booking Rules
Section titled “Booking Rules”Advance Booking Windows
Section titled “Advance Booking Windows”Configure how far in advance different user types can book:
- Members: 7-30 days
- Guests: 1-7 days
- Tournaments: Up to 365 days
Booking Limits
Section titled “Booking Limits”Set restrictions to ensure fair access:
- Maximum bookings per member per week
- Maximum players per booking
- Minimum notice for cancellations
Time Slot Configuration
Section titled “Time Slot Configuration”- Interval: 6, 8, 10, or 12-minute spacing (per course)
- Duration: Standard 4-hour rounds
- Group Size: 1-5 players per slot
- Operating Hours: Different start/end times per course
Player Types
Section titled “Player Types”Members
Section titled “Members”- Full booking privileges
- No booking fees (configurable)
- Priority access during peak times
Guests
Section titled “Guests”- Sponsored by a member
- May incur additional fees
- Limited booking window
Walk-ins
Section titled “Walk-ins”- Same-day availability only
- Subject to availability
- Manual processing by staff
Special Features
Section titled “Special Features”Waitlist Management
Section titled “Waitlist Management”When slots are full, players can join a waitlist and receive automatic notifications when openings occur. The waitlist system includes:
- Today-only focus for timely management
- Quick booking from waitlist to available slots
- Full audit trail of all waitlist actions
- Automatic entry validation based on party size

Weather Cancellations
Section titled “Weather Cancellations”Bulk cancel and rebook tee times affected by weather events with automatic player notifications.
No-Show Tracking
Section titled “No-Show Tracking”Monitor and manage players who don’t show up for their tee times, with configurable penalties.
Maintenance Blocks
Section titled “Maintenance Blocks”Create maintenance windows that prevent bookings:
- Visual indicators on the tee sheet
- Customizable descriptions
- Flexible duration settings
- Prevents accidental bookings during maintenance
Navigation
Section titled “Navigation”Date Navigation
Section titled “Date Navigation”- Arrow buttons: Navigate day-by-day
- Date picker: Jump to any specific date
- Month picker: Select any month in month view

Course Navigation
