Delete your ClubPapel account

You can delete your account yourself at any time — on the web or in the ClubPapel app. You don't need to contact anyone.

On the web

1. Sign in and open Manage your account (or Profile from your club's menu).
2. Choose Delete account, type your email to confirm, and confirm it's you.

In the app

1. Tap your picture to open the account menu, then Account.
2. Tap Delete account, type your email to confirm, and confirm it's you.

What happens next

• You're signed out everywhere right away, and notifications stop.
• Your account is permanently deleted 30 days later. Until then you can sign back in and keep it. We email you when it's scheduled and when it's done.
• Deleted: your sign-in, profile, devices and notification settings. Clubs you belonged to keep their own records of you (bookings, membership and payment history they're required to keep), without a login attached.
• If you're the only admin of a club, you'll first make someone else admin or delete the club — a club is never deleted as a side effect of deleting your account.

Can't sign in? Write to support@clubpapel.com from the email on your account and we'll delete it for you.
